Text description provided by the architects. The project is a freestanding building, 4 storeys high and 2 basement floors for parking, storage and technical rooms. The compactness and dual orientation of the dwellings are considered critical to the overall configuration, allowing a rhythm of urban scale, which defines the project consistent with the existing profile in the population.
The block consists of 32 dwellings with three cores of staircases and lifts, giving access to two and three apartments per floor, allowing a double orientation for all the dwellings. The roof is pitched without eaves. Finally, urbanization is reduced. Outside the perimeter of the facade there are garden areas and a small hard irregular surface as a path with street furniture. There is also a swimming pool and a sports area for homeowners within the private garden areas.
